General Rules – These apply to all linking methods:

• Do not advertise Adshrink.it links directly on any form of traffic exchange / PTC website.
• Do not place Adshrink.it links anywhere that may contain adult material (including advertising).
• Do not shrink any website URLs that contain adult material.
• Do not offer any incentive for a visitor to click the Adshrink.it, including gifts/points/cash.
• Do not ask/beg people to click on an Adshrink.it link simply to generate you revenue, they must want to visit the destination website.
• Do not create ‘redirect loops’ with similar services (or Adshrink.it) to generate revenue.
• Do not create spam with Adshrink.it links anywhere, including forums / chat / comments / blogs.
• Do not participate in click ‘rings’ where you click on Adshrink.it links in return for others to click yours.
• Do not open an Adshrink.it link in a popup / popunder or iframe.
• Only the Adshrink.it link must be opened when a user clicks on the link. No other links / windows must be opened.
• It is permitted to automatically redirect to an Adshrink.it link only with a HTTP Redirect (unless using one of our preapproved scripts, available on the Adshrink.it website). JavaScript redirect or meta-refresh is not allowed.
• We recommend the following services if you wish to redirect, Bit.ly, Goo.gl and tinyurl.com
• If redirecting to an Adshrink.it link, the original link for the purposes of this agreement is classed as the ‘ Adshrink.it link’.
• The only legitimate way to open an Adshrink.it link is with a mouse click, on the actual link. *
• You may click on your own Adshrink.it links 1 time to test them. You may not create links solely to ‘test’. **
• We reserve the right to not pay for advert views generated by the owner of the Adshrink.it account, on their own links.

Extra Rules for the ‘Website Entry Script’:

• Do not advertise any webpage containing our ‘Website Entry Script’ directly on any form of traffic exchange / PTC website.
• Do not place the ‘Website Entry Script’ on any website that contains adult material.
• Do not offer any incentive for a visitor to click the a link that contains the ‘Website Entry Script’, including gifts/points/cash.
• Do not ask/beg people to visit a URL containing the ‘Website Entry Script’ simply to generate you revenue.

Visitor Criteria – You will be paid for a visitor that clicks on an Adshrink.it link or views a website containing the Website Entry Script, providing they meet the following criteria:

• Must view a paying advertisement, this is any advert other than the default Adshrink.it website.
• Must view the paying advertisement for at least 5 seconds.
• Must have JavaScript and Cookies enabled.

If any Publisher is found or reported breaking any of the rules above or below in the detailed Terms and Conditions, their account will be removed and all earnings forfeited.

Advertiser Terms and Conditions

General Rules – The following are not allowed on advertisements displayed on our network:

• Popups / Popunders or any windows automatically.
• Adshrink.it shortened links. If you advertise an our shortened link, we will advertise the final link (the original link)
• Malware, spyware, exploits, viruses or any malicious code changes the visitors computer in any way.
• Cookie stuffing.
• Adult content or adult themed website, this is at the discretion of Adshrink.it
• Any form of frame breaking scripts – our Adshrink.it header must remain intact.
• Anything related to illegal activity.
• A competitors service or anything that may ‘trick’ the visitor.
• We reserve the right to decline any advertisement on Adshrink.it, with a full refund.

If any Advertiser is found or reported breaking any of the rules above or below in the detailed Terms and Conditions, their account will be removed and all advertising stopped.

Visitor Criteria – You will be charged for a visitor that views your advertisement by either clicking on an Adshrink.it link or viewing a website that contains our Website Entry Script, providing they meet the following criteria:

• Must view a paying advertisement, this is any advert other than the default Adshrink.it website.
• Will view your web page for at least 5 seconds. *
• Will not be a proxy server. Unless you have purchased our ‘Proxy Traffic’ package.
• Will be on an IP located in the country that you are targeting.
• Will have JavaScript and Cookies enabled.
• Will have Adobe Flash installed and enabled if Adobe Flash is requested as targeting preference.
• Will be a unique visitor in 24 hours.

* Providing your website loads in an acceptable timeframe. If you website is down or very slow loading, the user may get the chance to get the Skip Ad button before your site is loaded. You will still be charged for this traffic.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Each time you use or cause access to this web site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and as amended from time to time with or without notice to you. In addition, if you are using a particular service on or through this web site, you will be subject to any rules or guidelines applicable to those services and they shall be incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Adshrink.it currently provides users with access to a rich collection of resources, including, various communications tools, forums, shopping services, and personalized content its network of properties (the “Service”). You also understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for Adshrink.it to provide the Service. You also understand and agree that the service may include certain communications from Adshrink.it, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the Adshrink.it Newsletter, and that these communications are considered part of Adshrink.it membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new Adshrink.it properties, shall be subject to the TOS. You understand and agree that the Service is provided “AS-IS” and that Adshrink.it assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. Registration

In consideration of your use of the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract (are at least 18 years old) and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United Kingdom or other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service’s registration form (such information being the “Registration Data”), (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete and (c) agree to create only one account per person. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Adshrink.it has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Adshrink.it has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).

4. Account Security

You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Service’s registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify Adshrink.it of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. Adshrink.it cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 4.

5. User Conduct

You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials (“Content”), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not Adshrink.it, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. Adshrink.it does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will Adshrink.itt be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.

You agree to not use the Service to:

• (a) link to, upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is adult in nature, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
• (b) harm minors in any way. Link to child pornography is absolutely forbidden. In the cases provided by law and in your country, AdShrink has the possibility to initiate a legal practice against you.
• (c) impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Adshrink.it official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• (d) forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service;
• (e) link, upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
• (f) link, upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights (“Rights”) of any party;
• (g) link, upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as shopping rooms) that are designated for such purpose (please read our complete Spam Policy);
• (h) link, upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
• (i) disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to “scroll” faster than other users of the Service are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users’ ability to engage in real time exchanges;
• (j) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
• (k) intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law;
• (l) “stalk” or otherwise harass another;
• (m) collect or store personal data about other users.
• (n) attempt to falsify traffic in order to earn revenue, not limited to using automated ‘computer’ traffic, disguising traffic through anonymous proxy servers, ‘hiding’ the Service through any method.
• (o) register more than one account per person, except when one is a Publisher account and one is an Advertiser account. If a publisher is found to have referred themselves, the referral commission will be forfeited.
• (p) offer any form of incentive to users who click on an Adshrink.it link, not limited to points/bonus/money/gifts/traffic or link exchange.

You acknowledge that Adshrink.it may OR MAY NOT pre-screen Content, but that Adshrink.it and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to PRE-SCREEN, refuse, or move any Content (or Account) that is available via the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, Adshrink.it and its designees shall have the right to remove any Content or Accounts that violates the TOS or is otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content or Accounts, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. In this regard, you acknowledge that you may not rely on any Content or Accounts created by Adshrink.it or submitted to Adshrink.it, including without limitation information in Adshrink.it message boards, and in all other parts of the Service.

You acknowledge, consent and agree that Adshrink.it may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and Content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the TOS; (c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; (d) respond to your requests for customer service; or (e) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Adshrink.it, its users and the public.

You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Content, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

You understand that in the event that you insert links that redirect to illegal materials (a-b), one of our advertisers may decide to cancel his advertising campaign. In this case you will have to compensate the entire sum of the campaign.

You understand that the Service and software embodied within the Service may include security components that permit digital materials to be protected, and use of these materials is subject to usage rules set by Adshrink.it and/or content providers who provide content to the Service. You may not attempt to override or circumvent any of the usage rules embedded into the Service. Any unauthorized reproduction, publication, further distribution or public exhibition of the materials provided on the Service, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

6. Submitted Content

Adshrink.it does not claim ownership of Content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Service. However, with respect to Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Service, you grant Adshrink.it the following world-wide, royalty free and non-exclusive license(s), as applicable:

– With respect to Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of Adshrink.it, the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the Service solely for the purposes of providing and promoting the specific Service which such Content was submitted or made available. This license exists only for as long as you elect to continue to include such Content on the Service and will terminate at the time you remove or Adshrink.it removes such Content from the Service.

– With respect to photos, graphics, audio or video you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible area of the Service, the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the Service solely for the purpose for which such Content was submitted or made available. This license exists only for as long as you elect to continue to include such Content on the Service and will terminate at the time you remove or Adshrink.it removes such Content from the Service.

– With respect to Content other than photos, graphics, audio or video you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Service, the perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display such Content (in whole or in part) and to incorporate such Content into other works in any format or medium now known or later developed.

“Publicly accessible” areas of the Service are those areas of Adshrink.it that are intended by Adshrink.it to be available to the general public. By way of example, publicly accessible areas of the Service would include Adshrink.it news and resources that are open to both members and visitors. However, publicly accessible areas of the Service would not include portions of Adshrink.it that are limited to members, Adshrink.it services intended for private communication such as private messages, or areas off of Adshrink.it such as portions of World Wide Web sites that are accessible through via hypertext or other links but are not hosted or served by Adshrink.it.

7. Payment

Payments from Adshrink.it are made through PayPal (‘http://www.paypal.com’) or Payoneer (‘http://www.payoneer.com’) or Payza (‘https://www.payza.com/’) on first day of every Month. The minimum amount available for a withdrawal is USD$5.00 for PayPal and Payza. The minimum amount available for a withdrawal is USD$10.00 through PayPal.

8. Earnings

Adshrink.it will pay you, the Publisher, 50% of the revenue generated through advertisements displayed on the Service associated with your Account.

9. Defaults

If there are no advertisers on the Service for your traffic demographics then a ‘default’ advertisement will be shown. Default advertisements are not paid for by Adshrink.it.

10. Service URLs

Adshrink.it will not remove any ‘URLs’ associated with your account, unless one of the Terms and Conditions stated is broken.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Adshrink.it, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.

12. No resale of Service

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service (including your Adshrink.it I.D.), use of the Service, or access to the Service.

13. Modification of Service

Adshrink.it reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Adshrink.it shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

14. Termination

You agree that Adshrink.it may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your Adshrink.it account and access to the Service. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the TOS or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions), (d) discontinuance or material modification to the Service (or any part thereof), (e) unexpected technical or security issues or problems, and (f) extended periods of inactivity. Termination of your Adshrink.it account includes (a) removal of access to all offerings within the Service, including but not limited to Adshrink.it message boards, (b) deletion of your password and all related information, files and content associated with or inside your account (or any part thereof), and (c) barring further use of the Service. Further, you agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in Adshrink.it’ sole discretion and that Adshrink.it shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the Service.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:

• 1. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. Adshrink.it EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• 2. Adshrink.it MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (V) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.
• 3. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
• 4. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM Adshrink.it OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TOS.
• 5. A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF USERS MAY EXPERIENCE EPILEPTIC SEIZURES WHEN EXPOSED TO CERTAIN LIGHT PATTERNS OR BACKGROUNDS ON A COMPUTER SCREEN OR WHILE USING THE SERVICE. CERTAIN CONDITIONS MAY INDUCE PREVIOUSLY UNDETECTED EPILEPTIC SYMPTOMS EVEN IN USERS WHO HAVE NO HISTORY OF PRIOR SEIZURES OR EPILEPSY. IF YOU, OR ANYONE IN YOUR FAMILY, HAVE AN EPILEPTIC CONDITION, CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN PRIOR TO USING THE SERVICE. IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICE AND CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN IF YOU EXPERIENCE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS WHILE USING THE SERVICE — DIZZINESS, ALTERED VISION, EYE OR MUSCLE TWITCHES, LOSS OF AWARENESS, DISORIENTATION, ANY INVOLUNTARY MOVEMENT, OR CONVULSIONS.

16. Limitation of Liability

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT Adshrink.it SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF Adshrink.it HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

17. All countries are currently accepted for an account on Adshrink.it with the exception of Iran, due to regulations by our bank.

18. Violations

19. Adshrink.it Corporate Logo Guidelines

The Adshrink.it corporate logo is the most visible and recognizable expression of the Adshrink.it brand. We understand and appreciate that outside parties may want to show affiliation with Adshrink.it. However, use of the corporate logo to imply affiliation with or endorsement by Adshrink.it without express written permission from Adshrink.it is strictly prohibited. On this page are the limited circumstances under which third parties may use the Adshrink.it logo. The logo must always be used pursuant to the specifications on this page to identify Adshrink.it, or Adshrink.it products or services. Any use that falls outside of these specifications is strictly prohibited. Third parties may only use the logo without a license only in advertising, marketing collateral, or a website that references your connection with Adshrink.it Do not use the Adshrink.it corporate logo in products or other business services for which a formal license is required. Do not modify or alter the logo or use it in a confusing way, including suggesting sponsorship or endorsement by Adshrink.it, or in a way that confuses Adshrink.it with another brand. Use our official and unmodified Adshrink.it bee to represent Adshrink.it. Adshrink.it reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify permission to display the logo, and may request that third parties modify or delete any use of the logo that, in Adshrink.it sole judgment, does not comply with these guidelines or might otherwise impair Adshrink.it rights in the logo. Adshrink.it further reserves the right to object to unfair uses or misuses of its trademarks or other violations of applicable law. 20. Refund Policy

All unused advertising credit can be refunded to the original source of the funds, automatically via our website. Certain platforms have different rules regarding on the time limit allowed for a refund though, please check with the platform. E.g. PayPal allow up to 180 days and Payza allow up to 90 days.

AdShrink.it | Premium

Terms of use

AdShrink Premium is a service that enables creators to be paid by their fans. One of our core behaviors is to put creators first, and these terms attempt to do that. We know that most people skim through terms of use because they’re boring, but we have done everything we can to make this easy to get through. Above every section we’ll summarize the most important parts, but these summaries are not legally binding, so please look at the full version of the text if you have questions.

To summarize: By using our Premium version you agree to these terms.

There are two types of user:

1) Creator: all users registered on AdShrink and that use our shortener system, including the Premium system, situated in our AdShrink dashboard

2) Premium subscribers: A premium subscriber is someone who joins a creator’s membership on AdShrink. Depending on the creator’s preference, you will be charged either a set amount per month. You can cancel your membership subscription at any time.

These are AdShrink’s terms of use, and they apply to all users of the AdShrink platform. “We,” “our” or “us” refers to AdShrink Ltd. and our subsidiaries. “AdShrink” refers to this platform and the services offered by us.

By using AdShrink Premium version you agree to these terms and to the other policies we post. Please read them carefully and let us know if you have any questions. For information about our data practices, please see our Privacy Policy, including our Cookie Policy. We can collect and use your information in accordance with those policies.

Your account

To summarize: You must be at least 13 years old to register for an account and use our premium version. You are responsible for your account.

When you create an account you must provide us with accurate information, in good faith, and you agree to keep your information updated if it changes.

To create an account you must be at least 13 years old. To join a creator’s membership as a premium member, or provide a membership as a creator, you must be at least 18 years old or have your parent’s permission.

You are responsible for anything that occurs when anyone is signed in to your account, as well as the security of the account. Please contact us immediately if you believe your account is compromised. 

Abusive conduct

To summarize: Be responsible and don’t violate our policies.

You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you violate our policies we may terminate your account.

Don’t do anything illegal, abusive towards others, or that abuses our site in a technical way. If you are a creator raising funds on AdShrink, we may be held accountable for what you do with those funds. As a result, we also look at what you do with your membership off our platform.

Membership

To become a creator simply launch your page to start your membership. Memberships are for your most passionate fans. You’re inviting them to be part of something exciting that gives them unique benefits they want, like to access to exclusive links and skip all ads.

Payments

As a creator you make your membership available on AdShrink, and we provide membership to your subscribers on a subscription basis. We also handle payments issues such as fraud, chargebacks and resolution of payments disputes.

All payments are sent in the first 5 days of each month, if you achieve at least 50$.

We try to provide timely access to your funds, but you may occasionally experience delays in accessing your funds. We may also block or hold payments for violations of our policies or for compliance reasons, including collecting tax reporting information. When payments are delayed or blocked we try to communicate the reason to you promptly. If you have questions about a payments block, please reach out to us. In order to protect creators, we may block adshrink’ payments if we believe them to be fraudulent.

Sometimes activities like refunds can put your account balance into the negative. If your balance becomes negative then we reserve the right to recover those funds from future payments.

We share with you the 50% of the total profits.

Fees

As a creator there are two fees associated with your membership on AdShrink. The first is the platform fee, which varies depending on the level of service you select. The second is the payment processing fee.

You can see how much processing fees are for any membership subscription on your premium section.

Depending on your subscribers’ locations, some banks may charge a foreign transaction fee for their membership subscription. AdShrink does not control this charge, but it is typically around 3.0% .

Tax

We collect tax identification information and report this to tax authorities as legally required. You are responsible for reporting any income or withholding taxes which may be due as a result of payments received.

Restrictions

We don’t allow creations and benefits that violate our policies. You can learn more by visiting our Community Guidelines and Benefit Guidelines. A summary of those rules is that we don’t allow:

• Illegal creations or benefits.
• Creations or benefits that are abusive towards other people.
• Creations or benefits that use others’ intellectual property, unless you have written permission to use it, or your use is protected by fair use.
• Creations or benefits with real people engaging in sexual acts.
• Benefits that involve raffles or prizes based on chance.

If your fans include people under the age of 18, then please remind them that they need permission to join your membership, and those under the age of 13 cannot use AdShrink. We are not required to allow any particular person or group of persons to be your patron.

As a creator you are also responsible for keeping patron data safe. 

An account is tied to your creative output and cannot be sold or transferred for use by another creator.

All about being a Adshrink premium subscriber

To summarize: A premium subscriber is someone who joins a creator’s membership on AdShrink. Depending on the creator’s preference, you will be charged either a set amount per month or per creation. You can cancel your membership subscription at any time.

To become a premium subscriber simply create an account, add your preferred payment method and join a creator’s membership!

Actually there is one type of membership subscription: monthly subscription.

You may cancel your membership payments at any time. 

For monthly or per creation payments, canceling your support may result in your loss of access to a creator’s subscriber-only posts and benefits.

These include when you cancel your membership subscription, your payment method fails, the creator blocks you, or the creator deletes their account. We are not required to allow you to be a premium subscriber of any particular creator.

Depending on your location, some banks may charge you a foreign transaction fee for your membership subscription. AdShrink does not control this charge, but it is typically around 3% . Please contact your bank for more information.

Refunds. Our policy is No Refunds, though we will allow for some exceptions where refunds are granted in our sole discretion.

AdShrink Premium’s creations

To summarize: You can use our copyrights or trademarks to promote your Premium Profile page, but can’t use them for anything else without our permission.

Our creations are protected by copyright, trademark and trade secret laws. Some examples of our creations are the text on the site, our logo, and our codebase. We grant you a license to use our logo and other copyrights or trademarks to promote your Premium Profile page. 

You may not otherwise use, reproduce, distribute, perform, publicly display or prepare derivative works of our creations unless we give you permission in writing.Please ask if you have any questions.

Warranty disclaimer

To summarize: We do our best to make sure AdShrink works as expected, but stuff happens.

AdShrink is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. Any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any other warranty is excluded to the greatest extent permitted by law.

The disclaimers of warranty under this clause also apply to our subsidiaries, affiliates and third party service providers.

Limit of liability

To summarize: If you lose money as a result of using AdShrink, any payment to you is limited to the amount of money we have earned through your use of the AdShrink Premium version.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable to you for any incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of these terms, or your use or attempted use of AdShrink. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for damages is limited to the amount of money we have earned through your use of AdShrink. We are specifically not liable for loss associated with unfulfilled benefits and from losses caused by conflicting contractual agreements.

For this clause “we” and “our” is defined to include our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and third party service providers.

Dispute resolution

To summarize: If you have a problem please talk to us, but you are limited in how you can resolve disputes. You waive your right to trial by jury and your right to participate in a class action proceeding.

Please read this page carefully. These terms and conditions constitute the legal documentation to ensure that a legally binding contract is in place between Adshrink and you. Adshrink and it’s properties will herein also be referred to as “AdShrink”, “AdShrink.it”, “site”, “Company”.

Your use of the AdShrink.it Site and Features and our Services (both as defined below) is subject to binding individual arbitration of any disputes which may arise, as provided in these Terms of Use. Please read the arbitration provisions carefully and do not use any of the AdShrink.it Sites and Features or our Services if you are unwilling to arbitrate any disputes you may have with us (including without limitation any disputes relating to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any Additional Terms) as provided herein.

Adshrink (together with any affiliates, the “Company”) owns and operates a number of different websites, mobile apps, and interactive services, including without limitation AdShrink.it. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the AdShrink site and to all of the features, mobile applications, emails, online services and other functionalities (collectively, the “Features”) available via or related to the AdShrink, whether accessed via a computer, mobile device, or otherwise (collectively, the “AdShrink Site and Features”).

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and the Company. By using any of the AdShrink Sites and Features or our Services, and/or clicking to “Accept” or otherwise agreeing to these Terms where that option is made available to you, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Police . If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, please do not register with or use any Adshrink Sites or Features or our Services.

We may post additional terms, official rules, or agreements that apply to certain services, applications, activities, and features we offer or provide at or through certain Adshrink Sites and Features (“Additional Terms”), and you may be subject to such Additional Terms when you access those services, applications, activities and/or features. In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Additional Terms (on the one hand) and these Terms (on the other hand), these Terms shall prevail unless expressly otherwise stated in the Additional Terms, which are intended to supplement, but not replace, these Terms.

You supply the services as referred to on AdShrink.it (‘our site’) to us. You must understand that when joining our site and by using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our services & contact information

There are a few simple steps that you need to be aware of before you use our services:

1. Before you can use our Services you need to register (for free) on our site. On registration you may provide a email and password, keep this safe at all times and do not disclose it to anybody;
2. AdShrink is not available in the following countries: Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Cuba
3. You must be 18 years of age or older to use our site.
4. When you reach $10 in total wallet earnings, you will be required to verify your identity before you can receive payment. This will only be required once ever. Any ID documents that you upload in this tab are immediately deleted forever from our servers once it is approved. To verify your ID, you must complete at least 2 out of the 3 following options. Step 1, Take a photo of yourself with a mobile phone, or any camera, holding a piece of paper with the word “AdShrink” written on it, with your face clearly in view. Step 2, upload a government issued ID such as your Driver’s License, Passport or Student ID card. Step 3, submit a link to your personal Facebook profile. (Your account must not be set to private and must be publicly viewable.)
5. Once you have submitted your registration request you will receive an e-mail from us (if your email is valid) acknowledging that we have received your personal information and setting out your account status.
6. If you register for AdShrink via a referral link of another user, your personal information including name and email address will be passed onto that user in case they may contact you to help you use AdShrink.
7. Our Services are listed on our site. If you wish to use our services then you must follow the instructions on our website.
8. The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed once you have signed up successfully to AdShrink.it  The Contract will relate only to those Services we have confirmed in the confirmation email. We will not be obliged to supply any other Services which may have been part of your order until the supply of the Services has been confirmed in a separate confirmation email.
9. AdShrink.it may terminate/suspend without notice any accounts at its discretion.
10. All earnings are in USD. $1.00 = 100 cents
11. Referral commission only includes commission earned on users earnings from performing tasks and does not include bonuses or that users own referral commission.
12. AdShrink is not required to pay users that do not reach the minimum payout of $10 USD.
13. AdShrink may apply charge backs to your account if an advertiser rejects leads due to fraud, false information, or any reason what so ever. These amounts will be deducted from your AdShrink account.
14. If there are any database issues, display errors or coding issues on the AdShrink website which cause your earnings to appear higher than they should be, AdShrink will correct this and is not liable to pay you for any incorrect values that were previously displaying.
15. When using AdShrink.it you agree to obey all the rules of the Website. You acknowledge that these rules may change over time and that you will obey their most current form. We want to make special mention of the following rules:

• You must not buy or sell AdShrink.it accounts.
• You must not create multiple accounts.
• You must not signup through your own referral link in order to gain commission off yourself. If you are caught doing this you will be perminently banned and all earnings will not be paid.
• You must not use Opera Mini Web Browser, or Tor Browser.
• You must not use AdShrink through Incognito, Private Browsing, or any other private browsing feature that your web browser supplies.
• You must not supply false documents, fake or edited photos, or any government documents that belong to someone else that is not you, during the Verify ID process.
• You must not buy or sell points from an external party.
• You must not use bots, auto-clickers, our external scripts on the Website to send us traffic.
• You must not auto unlike-like, unfollow-follow, -1-+1 other’s sites/pages/accounts.
• You must not post content that: is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
• You must not upload viruses or other malicious code.
• You must not include AdShrink.it tracking links in iframes or any other popup/popunder window.
• You must not send proxy traffic to AdShrink.it links, or tasks.
• You must not use any VPN to register for AdShrink.it  or use a VPN whilst inside of AdShrink to perform tasks.
• You must not purposely clear cookies, cache, reset IP address or trick the system in order to do the same task over again
• You must not use multiple devices or browser emulators
• You must not use browser extensions to auto click or simulate clicks
• You must not fill Surveys with false information.
• You must not fill in the incorrect profile information into AdShrink such as name, age, address and gender.
• You must not use software or bots to install apps.
• You must not use software or bots to perform searches in our search engine.
• You must not upload photos with the Take Photo feature that you do not own the rights to.
• You must not use AdShrink.it to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
• You must not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of AdShrink.it, such as a denial of service attack.
• You must not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement.
• You must not try to hack other peoples accounts, change their personal information or payment information
• You understand that cheating our system, will result in your account being disabled, with all earnings removed, with no second chances or warnings.
• If we disable your account, you must not create another one.

Anyone found to be breaking any of these will be removed from AdShrink.it permanently, with or without prior notice, and none of your accululated earnings or wallet value will be paid to you.

Please understand that if you refuse to accept these Terms, you will not be able to use this site or our services.
